One envelope, every layer of it
From the SFS to the last closure, we install the whole envelope package or a single system within it, to the manufacturer's details and the project drawings.
- Rainscreen cladding Metal, composite, HPL and fibre cement panels on rail systems

A new-build student accommodation tower, where our team installed the 3D diagonal shaped cladding, the mesh panels, the column casings, soffits and fascias, the EPDM around the windows and the cavity fire barriers.

How a package runs
Checked layer by layer, before anything closes it in

Drawings and quantities
You send the elevations, sections, system details and the bill of quantities. We price the labour for the package, or for one system within it.

RAMS before we start
Every project gets its own risk assessment and method statement, written for that building, that access and that system.

Toolbox talks and daily checks
The day starts with a toolbox talk and the work area is inspected daily: access, edges, fixings, housekeeping.

Quality checked stage by stage
Each layer is inspected before the next one closes it in: rails and brackets, insulation and cavity barriers, then panels and joints.

Handover and 12 months
We hand over clean elevations and stand behind our workmanship for 12 months after practical completion.

Plas y Môr, Burry Port
A labour-only reclad of about 1,350 m². The old timber comes off and a new wall build-up goes on, layer by layer:

What experience do you have?
Our latest completed facade is Limelight, a student accommodation tower in Liverpool, where we installed 3D diagonal shaped cladding, mesh panels, column casings, soffits, fascias, EPDM and cavity barriers. We are now recladding Plas y Môr in Burry Port in fibre cement weatherboarding.
How do you make sure the work is reliable?
A written RAMS for every project, a toolbox talk to start the day, daily inspections of the work area and a quality check on each layer before the next one covers it. Our workmanship is covered for 12 months after practical completion.
